    Shu embroidery, a specialty of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, is a national geographical indication product of China.
    Shu embroidery, also known as Sichuan embroidery, is one of the four famous embroideries in China, as well as Su embroidery, Hunan embroidery and Yue embroidery. It is a traditional Chinese technique of embroidering patterns with silk threads on silk or other fabrics.
    As one of the oldest embroidery types in China, Shu embroidery has formed its own unique flavor with its bright and beautiful colors and exquisite stitching, ranking first among the four famous embroideries in terms of richness.
    Shu embroidery has a long history. Since the Eastern Jin Dynasty, it has been called the "treasure of Shu" together with Shu brocade.
    Shu Embroidery uses soft satin and colored silk as its main raw materials, with 122 kinds of stitching techniques in 12 categories.
    It has the characteristics of rigorous stitching, flat stitching, rich changes, vivid image and three-dimensional sense.
