Weldless Compact Ball Valve Stainless Steel & 30" Hop Strainer Homebrew Beer

No more pouring large pots of wort through a funnel, no more siphoning! This is an easy way to upgrade your existing brew kettle and save yourself some effort. Valve is standard port style 3/8" inside diameter, it has 1/2" NPT female threads. This 1-piece valve has a large hex fitting on the inside so it can be taken apart and cleaned, made from 304 stainless steel for maximum quality and durability. Also included is a 3/8" stainless steel hose barb, stainless steel weldless bulkhead fitting, stainless steel elbow, 30" stainless steel hop strainer, and all of the seals you will need to mount this into your kettle. Seals are high temperature silicone, also included are two stainless washers. All you have to do is drill a hole and mount it! Hole size is 13/16" to 7/8". Works with gravity siphon, and pump driven systems.
The hop strainer allows you to use whole hops and drain your kettle without chunks going into your chiller or pump.
The elbow lets you direct the hop strainer toward the bottom of your kettle and along the side wall so you can whirlpool and keep trub at the center of your pot, and get the maximum amount of wort out of your kettle. Once again this will strain out WHOLE LEAF hops and trub, you will need to use a fine mesh nylon bag for pellet hops if you want to use them or they WILL clog up any type of strainer.
