    Description

    VTG ELEANOR CLAIRE Design Silver Plate Memo Note Pad Holder w/mechanical pencil & Light.  Research shows that this design is from the 1950's and is called flora.  When you pull out the pencil the light goes on. Put back the pencil the light goes off.   Both the light and mechanical pencil works.  Research shows that this item was made in Japan but I don't see a Japan hallmark.  The Eleanor Claire Design hallmark is stamped on the bottom.  This memo pad was part of a line for the desk.  It has that Hollywood look.  The pad measures approximately 3 5/8" x 6".  The set is in good vintage condition it could be polished.  Wear consistent with age and use.
