Vintage Antique Silverplate Ornate Frame Basket Vase Grapes Cherub Deer Bird
Not sure what this was used for back in the day.  Maybe it held a bowl of some sort? Maybe a frame for a Brides Basket Glass Bowl or maybe it was used as a simple (no bowl)  basket?
Measures:  14 1/4" long and 8 3/4" wide 7 3/4" tall.
This piece has a very nice motif of birds appearing as if they are flying down and landing on a leaf to take a bite of  grapes, this is on the handles.  The edging has cherubs and deer in 4 places. The bottom has leaves that are laced around the pedestal base  and follow up to the handles.  All the motif pieces appear to be secure and intact.  I don't see anything hanging by a thread.  :)
It is marked with Quadruple Plate Wilcox Silverplate 963.
I am not sure of the condition of the silverplate as I have not cleaned it.
The piece is out of round and it leans, just as a couple of the pictures depict.
This piece is heavy and BIG.
