Vintage Antique Bride’s Basket with Medallions Greek Key Pattern Silver Plate

Description

Beautiful antique or vintage silver colored footed bride’s basket with a handle.
It has a Greek key design around the edge of the basket and the foot.
There are applied medallions at each end of the baskets featuring portraits of a solider and a woman. There are two worn spots on the edges where the handle rests when down.
And there is a dent on the bowl, visible from the back, but it is invisible from the front, as it lies underneath the medallion. It does need further cleaning.
The piece is not marked in any way other than a 225 stamped on the bottom edge and an engraved number on the bottom of the footer. I do not know the age or make up. Please review the pictures as they are part of the description and let me know if you have any questions.
