Victorian Derby, CT. Quadruple Silver Plate Pickle Caster with Clear Glass and Tongs
This piece is a rare find as it is an unusual oval shape rather than round.
Very good antique condition - no chips, cracks, or flaws in the glass
Tarnishing and patina are shown on the silver plate
Based on the backstamp, the item is from the mid 19th Century
There is the number 137 below the backstamp
The caster stand measures approx. 11 1/4" H x approx. 6 1/4" W
The glass measures approx. 4" high and the opening of the glass is approx. 4 1/4" x 3"
