" container with pad and some contents. Product inside is only partial and is dried up/ no good.  Container has rust, scrapes, dirty spots.  Container is about 3 3/8" across and 1 1/2" tall.  Has metal screw on lid and plastic base.  Lid (rusty) printing includes "
