This Motorcycle was professionally rebuilt from the ground up.. It was impeccably restored with amazing detail.. 1965 Triumph 650 SR is a rare bike. Triumph only made the SR or "Highway Trophy", as Cycle World called it in their 1966 road test, for 2 years. Selling to finance existing projects. This bike has matching frame and engine numbersClean daily rider with some modern upgrades; new JRC PWK 30 mm carb from JRC, high output alternator and Sparx electronic ignition. It runs very well, no smoke or rattles, starts easy and looks SO nice!It has had a full rebuild, including the motor, with new AE + 30 pistons and rings, new main & big end bearings, crank case breather update, new guides, lapped in valves, cleaned out sludge trap, new gearbox bearings, new Regina chain, new high-output Alternator, Sparx electronic ignition and matching electronic regulator rectifier, new wiring harness and switches. . New tires and tubes, fresh paint and a new two tone seat from JRC. New front down pipes, original mufflers even though the L/H one has a braze repair on the underside. All lights work as does the horn.Bike is available only by appointment
