This is the Stainless Steal Bulkhead that we use on our series of weldless fittings. 1/2" FPT x 1/2" MPT along with a flat, thick rubber washer that makes it super easy to install on most kettles.
No Teflon tape needed with these real bulkheads.
Requires a 1" hole. Will also fit up to a 1-1/8" hole
These are purpose built brewing bulkheads and not just hardware store fittings. The wide flare on one side machined out of one piece of stainless creates a huge solid surface area for strength of holding on valves, pumps and fittings and is leak free the first time and every time!
