The surface of this spoon is very smooth and easy to clean.  The spoon can tolerate hot liquor temperatures up to 206° degrees (97° C).  One end is the spoon and the other end has a small paddle.  The large end spoon is for mixing in buckets and brew pots.  The smaller opposite end is square and has a handy hanger hole and a small paddle that will fit right down into a carboy or even a gallon jug to allow stirring and degassing inside them.   The spoon is 2.25" wide and the small square paddle is 1" wide.  Ships in a box via USPS First Class Mail you will have it right away!
