Antique Victorian Simpson Hall & Miller Treble Plate Coffee and Tea Pots Federal Design c1886
A Simpson Hall Miller & Co of Wallingford, Conn, antique triple silver plate (treble plate) hinged lidded coffee and tea pots
set in a Federal style. The set featuring etched foliage design with scrolling knobs to the hinged lids.  Both are engraved but most of the writing is illegible to me
.
The coffee pot is in excellent condition with one minor indentation, but no loss of silver.  The teapot is also indented, no loss of silver, and it too,  features beautiful and intricate details and craftsmanship.  The inside of the pitcher has built-in sieve to prevent tea leaves from going into the cup. This is a beautiful antique set with many years of use left in them.  I haven't polished them because some buyers want the aged patina.  I'm including polishing cloths in this purchase.
The coffee pot measures 11 1/2"H x 9 7/8"W x 3 7/8"D.
The teapot measures approximately 9 7/8" x  9 1/2W x 3 1/2" D
This fine vintage item is offered with a fair and reasonable fixed price. My photos detail this item to justify the asking price.
