    ere's a one pound nitrogen flushed foil packet of high quality fresh dated distiller's active dry yeast (DADY).  Tolerates up to 22% alcohol.  Free shipping no matter how many you buy.  This is the Red Star DADY yeast repackaged by BSG Handcraft (Formerly Crosby & Baker).  The new label is black with the BSG logo.  Any yeast being sold that still has the Crosby label is older.  I am leaving some photos of the old label attached to the listing - you can be sure this is the same yeast - only the label has changed.
    This is enough yeast for 500-1000 gallons of mash or sugar wash.  Increase dosage for more rapid fermentation.  Add directly to fermenter as mash is added or add and stir.  Refridgerate after opening.  Requires the addition of yeast nutrients for healthy fermentation.   We have FERMAX brand in bulk and can ship with your yeast.
