    Description

    Potassium Sorbate
    (choose size up to 1 lb.) - Food Grade
    Used for a variety of purposes in the food industry and beyond.  For home brewing it can be used to prevent renewed fermentation.  Will not stop an active fermentation. Use 3/4 tsp. per gal. when fermentation has ended, then add sugar to taste as needed.
