The manual is in almost new condition.  Own this piece of Postal Service and Postal Inspector history.  This manual was produced by the Postal Inspection service for postal employees who would be issued firearms.  I will also include in this deal two Post Office Department Firearms Permits, Post Office Department Form 5149 Dated May 1960, both permits are unused and never issued.  I only take PayPal for payment, I only ship to U.S. addresses and no reshipping.  I don't ship to overseas addresses.
