    Description

I’m selling these black “ribbed” plastic caps in lots of 12.
They fit most one gallon glass jugs, as well as most 32 oz & 64 oz growlers.
    The threads are 38-400.
And these caps come with “SFYP” liners.
Sealed for your protection liners are the same liners used by national chains in their products such as pharmaceutical, cosmetics, etc …
These caps are all brand new and never used.
    How to use:
These caps can be used as is with liners in place and when hand tightened, they will form a tight seal against air or liquid.
Or, if your making your own vitamins for example and you prefer to seal them for the protection of the purchaser, you can always purchase a hand held induction sealer which will seal these liners right onto your container just like when you purchase a new bottle of aspirin’s and they have that air tight seal on them in which you have to break in order to get to the aspirin’s. These hand held induction sealers run about 0 on amazon. Again, this option is for those who prefer the best and easiest form of sealing the liners.
The last way of using these is for the do it your selfer's.
I was taught this by a friend who makes his own vitamins and sells them on Ebay. He actually purchases the bottles and caps from me.
Once he fills the bottles with the vitamins, he uses a heat gun to seal the liners to the bottles. First he fills the bottles with vitamins, then he puts the cap with the liner inside the cap onto the bottles and makes it hand tight. Then he applies a heat gun about 6 inches away from the cap and slowly rotates the heat gun till he go’s all the way around the cap. He say he does this for about 30 second’s total. Then he waits a couple minutes for the cap to cool down and when you take the cap off the liner stays on the bottle and the vitamins are now air tight. I actually tried this and I have a picture of the clear bottle on this ad with the liner sealed to the bottle. It works.
