    Always add cleaners & sanitizers to water. Never add water directly on top of the chemicals. 1-2 oz. per gallon of water for single brew cleaning. Run solution for 25-35 minutes. Rinse with potable water immediately after CIP at same temperature as wash. User & environmental friendly, Free rinsing, 100-160°F water.
