Excellent value for an excellent product
This is my third Nordic track ski machine… The first two I’ve have managed to break through constant use of the last 25 years ... packaging was excellent and the machine works really well.

Great For Exercise and Preparing to Cross Country Ski
If you are or plan to be a cross country skier this is the perfect conditioning and practice system. The motion on the machine are the same you use in actual skiing. It is easy to adjust for greater resistance for both arms and legs separately.
