How does it work?
*Pick your juice - use up to 1.5 gallons per packet
*Go to the online Brewsy Sweetness Calculator and choose your sweetness level - dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet, sweet, or dessert sweet.
*Add the appropriate amount of sugar and yeast packet
*Mix well
*Keep in a warm spot for at least 3 days
*Refrigerate for at least 2 days
*Pour the wine off of the yeast mix
*Enjoy!
