New black CHARLES OWENS J3 Jockey Skull Equestrian Helmet, size 01/2 or 54. Thickly padded all around the base and there is a tie in back to tighten it. There is a harness with adjustable clip that has removable padded piece of fabric for under the chin. There is a fabric helmet cover with a brim. It is in excellent condition and from smoke free home.
