This item will be handled with great care, bubble-wrapped, and shipped USPS in either an envelope or poly mailer.
    Thank you for your business.
    ***Attention SCAMMERS!***
First, I apologize to the 99.99% of my customers, who are very honorable and exceptional people, for having to come across this. The following certainly does not apply to you. We unfortunately have found the need to place this on some of our listings, especially electronics and clothing.
We work extremely hard in testing all products and disclaiming any and every flaw we detect.
**We take videos of all products in working condition, while being tested, and take high resolution photos to identify the specific products we ship out.**
We package each item with extreme attention to detail and with an emphasis on the top level of care. We do not accept returns, especially when items are described accurately and we know with 100% confidence it was shipped in working order. If a rare instance were to occur, when an item is damaged during shipping (we've had 0 cases of this), we would of course help you through the process of filing an insurance claim for USPS priority mailings. If we were ever to make a mistake in a description on our part or overlook something, we would of course honor that as well. This too has not yet occurred.
However, if you request a return or file a claim due to a defective item or claiming it's not as described, we will ask for evidence of it not working or not being as described and we
will require the buyer to ship the product back to us
, no matter how much that item sells for or if the shipping is in excess of the item's value.
We will certainly under no condition offer partial refunds.
Per Ebay's policies, we would also expect that item to come back in the same condition we shipped it in and will cross-reference all of our videos and images to determine it's condition.
**Most importantly, if we find instances of fraud, etc. we not only file a case with ebay, but we would also
report such alleged criminal activity to law enforcement.
-We will not tolerate a buyer receiving an item, damaging it, and expecting to return it.
-We will not tolerate someone receiving an item and trying to swap it with an item that does not work.
-We will not tolerate someone lying about an item, not providing evidence, and trying to coax us into a partial refund.
-We will not tolerate any other forms of fraud, period.
**We do business not just for profits, but out of ethical principles. Even if it costs us more money in the end, we will pursue each an every case of fraud to the fullest extent necessary, even if it takes up all of our time.
Again, I apologize to our honorable customers, should you have spent the time to read that. It's unfortunate it's even necessary.
