Power regulator RM-7 is designed to automate distillation and rectification processes. Can be used for ovens and autoclaves.
Main technical data of the regulator:
-automatic regulation of heating power in 4 sectors;
-automatic completion of the complete process with turning off the heating element and water;
-automatic inclusion of water supply to the refrigerator;
- control of the "head / body" solenoid valve by the level sensor;
-output of the relay signal "start-stop" for the selection solenoid valve;
- functions of protection against explosion and fire according to the temperature of the refrigerator;
-the ability to manually adjust the power and temperature in each sector;
-automatic memorization of the last process in memory;
-program relay test.
Description
of the operation algorithm:
the
heater was turned on at room temperature (24°C).
The power supplied to the heater was 90% of the total power. Further, the temperature in the tank rises and
reaches a temperature of more than 60°C.  The second zone comes into operation and the heater power is
already 30%. Further, the temperature in the tank continues to rise and reaches 70°C (third zone).
After that, the heater power is set at 25%, and so on in all zones. If the temperature drops to the limits of the previous zone,  then the power will correspond to the previous zone.
For example:
from a previous example, the temperature went into the third zone
(71°C) with a heater
power of 25%,
and the temperature in the tank began to decrease and dropped to
69°C, that is, there
was a return to the second zone and the heater power will
already be 30%.
Additional Features for power regulator PR-7

The Start-Stop system by temperature.
The settings are set according to which the PM7 regulator opens or closes the valve. For example, the temperature rises to 75 ° C, the relay activates and closes the valve contacts and the valve closes, the phlegm drops, then the temperature drops and at the temperature in the lower threshold the valve opens and further alcohol selection takes place.

Protection function when the temperature in the tank is exceeded.
If the temperature in the tank is higher than the programmed threshold, the protection is activated with the heater turned off and after a minute the water supply is turned off.

The protection function in case of excess of temperature on the refrigerator case.
The heater turns off, an audible warning sounds. Only the user can reset this protection mode
with the reset button.

Automatic inclusion of water supply to the refrigerator when a certain value of the
programmed temperature is exceeded.
The relay operates and turns on the cooling water supply valve. This function is needed to save water consumption during the initial heating of the tank.

the bottle change valve is turned on. Allows using a level
sensor to automatically separate the
head from the body. All valves are controlled through
powerful relays, so you can use the valves
for different
voltage values ​​(12v-220v) and type (DC / AC).
The heater is controlled by a 41A / 600V triac; it is mounted on a radiator with active air cooling. The electronics unit is powered by a separate 12Vdc power supply;
