CHEESE CLOTH, 36"x36" for Wine making and Beer brewing plus other uses Cheeseclo

Description

36 inch square CHEESE CLOTH which you can use for wine making, brewing beer or multiple other uses.  I have used cheesecloth over the top of an open fermenter and held in place with an elastic band or bungie cord.  This allows maximum air contact during fermentation (good for the yeast!) and also keeps the critters out of your wine or beer.  Air contact is good during fermentation but the liquid should be isolated from air contact (sealed in a carboy) when fermentation slows or ends.
