6 Gallon Hard Cider Kits
Brewing Overview:
Everything you need to easily craft your best cider in approximately 3 weeks is in these kits. All recipes are perfectly formulated with the freshest and best quality fruit to maintain the integrity ensuring
that your cider always comes out delicious! All this effort goes to ensure preservation of the natural flavor of the fruit, giving you cider which is fresh, crisp and especially great on a hot summer's day or a cool autumn evening.
Quick Brew Steps:
1. Pour concentrate, 2lb of dextrose (sugar

) and 3qts of boiling water in your 7.9 gallon fermenter (
not included
) and mix.
2. Top up to 6 gallons with cold water and stir in contents of yeast package (
included
).
3. Store fermenter at 64-82 degrees F and leave for 7 days.
4. Bottle and store for 2 weeks before sampling. Each kit makes enough cider to fill
~30 750ml wine bottles or ~64 12oz beer bottles

All Cider House Select Kits require the addition of 2 pounds of corn sugar/table sugar (
not included
)  to reach their full alcohol potential.
The addition of carbonation drops (
not included
) is optional based on personal preference.
All kits include cider yeast, fresh juice concentrate and easy to follow instructions.
