Out Items
All of our items are authentic so please shop with confidence. If you have any questions about a specific item or would like more detailed pictures please do not hesitate to contact us. All of our clothing, shoes, hats come with a tag (UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE).
If there are any errors in the item's specifics/description/pictures it is greatly appreciated if you'd reach out and let us know, we are human after all and sometimes can make mistakes!
Shipping
We ship with USPS Priority Mail, which delivers within 2-3 day in the US. Once your order has been placed it may take 1-2 days to be shipped out. There may sometimes be delays in shipping due to weather or holidays. The boxes used to ship the items are USPS priority boxes as well. We do not add invoices to the packages but if you'd like one to be sent please do reach out and let us know, or if you have specific shipping requirements please do reach out as well.
International Shipping
We use Priority International Mail since it is the fastest way to ship internationally and provides
tracking!
For our sneakers, apparel, hats, etc we offer the
Global Shipping Program,

Before placing your order make sure your address is correct since if there are any errors it may cause
your item's shipping to be delayed, if this is the case we will reach out to you!
We wrap and package our items with care, if your items arrives with damage please reach out to us.
For our apparel we send them in tissue paper and boxes. Those items such as hats and sneakers with no box are sent in tissue paper and boxes as well.
Tracking updates can be delayed as well, but as soon as you're provided with a tracking number, please be assured that your item is on its way to you.
Returns
Sometimes due to damage because of shipping, an item not fitting, not liking it when received or other factors that may lead to you wanting to return the item well do not worry,
we offer free returns! Just open a return case, a return label with be provided to you and as soon we receive the item we will proceed with your refund!
When returning an item please send in same condition it was sent to you. If the item was sent with a box SEND THE BOX, TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED, CANNOT HAVE DAMAGE/BEEN WORN. IF IT IS NOT SENT IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS SENT A FULL REFUND CANNOT BE PROCESSED. If you cannot send the box, tags have been detached, has been worn or has damage but would still like to return it, please CONTACT US and we can work something out.
If you'd still like to keep the item but there is some damage/variation, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us and we can communicate to reach a solution.
