This is an individual Teapot With a "W" inscription on the front.
The underside is stamped " The Washington"

The George Washington Hotel at 60 S. Main Washington, PA opened in 1923
If you search The George Washington Hotel you will see pix of the diningroom, etc.
It is an individual Teapot and measures approx. 4 1/2" tall x 6 3/4" wide x 3 " deep at it's widest point on the bottom.
Original as found condition. I have not tried cleaning it.
