    This
    antique / vintage hunt cap (fox hunting/ horse back riding)
    is in amazingly good, like new condition as you can see in the photos!
    It is in the style between when they wore top hats for fox hunting & before they transitioned to hunt caps that had a hard shell inside (& before ASTM/SEI safety certified riding helmets were a thing).
    This cap fits like a hat, there’s no hard shell inside for this one, just velvet outside & a silky cloth material inside.  It is helmet size 6 7/8 which fits adults with small heads or teens/pre-teens.
    Great for adding to a costume for a period photo shoot or an outfit for an vintage style equestrian inspired look! (But it does not meet today’s ASTM/SEI safety certification for helmets worn for horseback riding. It is NOT a safety helmet.)
