Offering this awesome antique wine corking tool.  Made of wood with 2 steel bands and a steel cone.  No mfg. ID.  Pull up the handle, put cork in hole.   Push down handle and metal cone inside compresses the cork into the bottle.  In antique condition.  Finish loss and surface rust on steel.  A neat old piece.  See photos.
