Antique Art Nouveau 3 Maiden Tazza/ Centerpiece Silverplate Over Heavy Brass

Listed is a rare Art Nouveau Tazza/ Centerpiece. It appears to actually be silver plate over heavy solid brass. The piece measures 10 1/2"H. The triangular base measures 11 5/8" x 11 5/8" and the top bowl measures 10 3/4" in diameter x 1 3/4"D. The piece weighs 13 pounds 6 ounces. Underneath the bottom the metal is stamped 24/44. There are 3 modern screws and washers underneath the bottom. Apparently these were added at a later date. hand scratched into the metal next to each screw are what may be dates. one reads 79. the second 80, and the third 81.
CONDITION: The piece shows tarnish and age and a few minor oxidation spots. There are some spots where the silverplate is rubbed and the underlying brass appears. Please see all of the photographs as they are considered part of the description.
