The AF250 Bottling machine can fill and cap up to 250 x 330ml/11 fl oz, with one operator.
Designed to ensure low oxygen levels in the bottle (low DO/pick up oxygen from the packaging) using patented solution.
"Production Mode" filling and capping results in less than 30 ppb of pick up oxygen in a bottle.
Includes "Competition Mode" which results in near zero oygen level, which can be used for brewing competitions.
Keg or Brite tank compatible
No overhead filling tank required.  Fluids tubed in.
Filling machanism results in a very accurate fill and reduces product wastage.
Fills from the bottom of a bottle and controls the fill rate.  Pressure and fill speed is controlledduring filling.
Capping is done under pressure.  Capping on the foam is controlled.  Crown cap compatible.
Can accomodate various bottle sizes, up to 500ml/17fl oz plus.  Quick and easilly adjustable.
Easy to clean and maintain.  Food grade standard.
