Due to the high osmotic pressure of molasses, it is not advised to ferment above 12% abv when using only diluted molasses. Guidelines for Use: {  WILL MAKE A BROWN SUGER SHINE ALSO }
Specially formulated for molasses fermentation.
For direct pitching only. Never re-hydrate turbo yeast in less than the full volume of liquid as it can kill the yeast.
Directions:
1. Add directly to mash below 95F (35C).
2. Ferment between 75F and 95F (24C to 35C).

I've been using this yeast for years and it has never let me down. it is extremely consistent, and you don't have to give up high yields or quality end results to get a 2-1/2 day turn. I've used it for all rum washes and high sugar nectars, works great for all. Keep up the great work, TDH

Just finished using this yeast . Has a nice banana flavor on the front end followed by a very light molasses flavor on the end. I highly recommend this yeast. You won't be disappointed.
