1984 Bobby and DAVEY ALLISON #23 Autographed Miller Hat Dover Motor Speedway

Here is a great find from a house cleanout. Found with a bunch of NASCAR items mostly from Dover Motor Speedway in Delaware. The hat is signed by both Davey and Bobby Allison. Davey dated the hat 5/18/84 and also added #23.
We think this hat was signed at Dover as 5/18 was a Friday and Davey raced on Saturday in car #23 in the Busch race and his father raced on Sunday at Dover Motor Speedway.
As found condition. The hat has some wear and also has a few pins still attached. This is a very early Davey Allison signature. He was 23 years old when he signed this hat and wasn’t yet racing in the Winston Cup Series. We couldn’t find any signatures dating to the early 1980’s and very few that were dated or with car #23.
