    Listed here is, Silver Plated, Oval, Domed, Rotating, Breakfast Dish or Warmer by the English company, Army & Navy Cooperative Society of Westminster England. Piece is marked with Anchor and Shield symbol. Patent # 4460 is engraved the the stop button. Warranted hand soldered is engraved on the bottom.
    This serving dish features an oval dome with "s" monogram on the front. The dome is supported by 2 industrial looking side pieces on a plain flat base with 4 bun feet. A rounded finial on top of the frame is the handle. Dome has a button stop.
    Dish measures about 10.5" tall, 5" wide, and 9 .5" long. Item weighs 2.25 lbs. Item appears to date from about 1920's. It has the beginning of the art deco industrial age look but the art nouveau finial suggests it is an early transition piece. 4 machine screws hold the side pieces to the base, also suggesting 1920's.
    Item is in very good condition without dings, minimal scratches and not over polished so plate loss appears to be minimal. Dome rotates easily.
