40 gallon Nanobrewery
The brewhouse consists of:
-3 stainless steel pots:
1 x hot liquor, 170 liters/40 gallons
1 x mashing/lautering pot, 170 liters/40 gallons
1 x brewkettle, 170 liters/40 gallons
-Heavy duty base made of 2″ stainless steel square pipes.
-Complete stainless piping in 1/2” pipes with s/s 2-way and 3-way valves, suitable for CIP cleaning.
-3 powerful 32-jets burners with 15kW heating power each. All ring-burners can be adjusted individually.
-programable temperature control with up to 12 heating steps for mashing. The same temperature control can also be used
for cooling in the fermentation process. Simply plug in your chilling unit into the relevant plug socket.
-40 plates wort chiller/heat exchanger for fast and efficient cooling of the wort. Suitable for cooling with drinkable water for
the use in the next-day brewing process.
– wort pump for hot liquids up to 95 centigrades for pumping or mixing of the mash or wort, lautering and wort
cooling down after brewing.
-Inline Flow sight glass for easy controlling the process of mashing, lautering and wort running.
-false bottom made from 12-gauge stainless steel, precision waterjet cut with 0.8mm cuts for a professional and efficient
lautering.
-Hot liquor pot  with analog thermometer.
The brewhouse was professionally built, all stainless solderings done by a certified welder! NOTE: Sample photo, when buying please anticipate 4 to 6 weeks
