    These sticks are Charred to a heavy toast for exceptional flavor infusion. The average size piece is 7-9 inches in length and 1/2 to 3/4 inch wide and 1/4 thick, they are ideal for larger batches.  I recommend a 1/2 gallon mason jar for these sticks or something equivalent to or larger in size.
